Tales from the Enchanted Realm 3

Once upon a time, in the not-too-distant future, there was a little girl named Rylee who dreamed of riding through the stars on the biggest pony in the world. She would gaze up at the night sky and imagine herself and her majestic steed galloping through the constellations.
Every night before bed, Rylee would close her eyes tight and make a wish on the brightest star she could see.
“I wish for the biggest pony in the world,” she would whisper. “So I can ride through the stars.”
One morning, Rylee woke up to a strange noise outside her window. She rubbed the sleep from her eyes and peeked through the curtains, and there before her was the biggest pony she had ever seen!
The pony was so large that Rylee had to climb up onto the roof of her house just to reach his back.
She was a little scared at first, but the pony nuzzled her gently, and she knew they were meant to be together.
Rylee needed to name her new companion, so she thought long and hard and finally decided on “Galaxy” because he was so big, and they would ride through the stars together.
“Hi-yo Galaxy away!” Rylee shouted.
And so, Rylee and Galaxy set off on their adventure, galloping through the galaxies, feeling the wind in her hair and the thrill of adventure in her heart. Passing by planets and moons, they met all sorts of strange and wonderful creatures.

There were astronauts bunnies that hopped around on the moons, friendly aliens that waved and smiled, and even a giant intergalactic squid that squirted green ink all over Galaxy’s coat.
Rylee didn’t think that was very funny, but Galaxy didn’t seem to mind.
There were glowing jellyfish that floated through the void, sparkly cosmic butterflies that fluttered around the stars, and even a group of celestial whales that serenaded them with their beautiful songs.
But not all creatures were friendly. Rylee and Galaxy had to steer clear of the interplanetary Kraken, a giant tentacled monster that tried to pull them into its grasp. And there were asteroid vultures, a flock of nasty birds that tried to steal Galaxy’s mane to make floating nests. Undaunted, Rylee and Galaxy journeyed on.
Suddenly a band of marauding pirates appeared from behind a star. Rylee and Galaxy flew like the wind to escape the galactic pirates trying to trap them in their ginormous brig.
“Fly, Galaxy fly!” Rylee screamed.

Galaxy was fast, and they soon left those scary pirates behind.
Riding on, they had to be especially careful of the black holes that threatened to suck them in every time they passed too close to the infinite voids. And other creatures were best avoided, like the grumpy interstellar goblins who tried to snatch Rylee’s backpack and the sneaky deep space snakes who tried to coil around the pony’s hooves.
However, Rylee and Galaxy were brave, and they rode on fearlessly, eager to explore the wonders of the cosmos. They traveled through nebulas and supernovas, encountering strange new worlds and making all sorts of friends along the way.
One day, they came across a dazzling planet covered in ice. Rylee and Galaxy shivered as they landed, but they were excited to see what lay ahead. As they trudged through the snow, they encountered a group of very distinguished penguins wearing cosmonaut helmets.
The penguins welcomed Rylee and Galaxy with open flippers and offered fish-shaped treats to munch noisily on. Rylee was delighted and spent the whole day playing with the friendly creatures, sliding down ice hills, and laughing as they waddled around jibbering.

“Yippee!” yelled a joyous Rylee.
“Whoopee!” squawked the penguins.
“Neighhhh!” whinnied Galaxy.
As the sun began to set, Rylee and Galaxy said goodbye to their new friends and took off into the stars once more. Rylee knew there were still many adventures to be had, and she couldn’t wait to see where they would end up next.
As they traveled deeper into space, Rylee and Galaxy came across a beautiful comet. Rylee was so entranced by its shimmering tail that she leaned in for a closer look and bumped her head — hard.
Oh oh!
When she woke up, it was morning again, and Rylee was back in her bed. As Rylee got out of bed and rubbed her head, she looked around, confused.
“Had it all been a dream, or had the journey through the stars with Galaxy really happened?”
But then she heard a distant whinny and knew that Galaxy was still out there, waiting for her.
Rylee smiled to herself, knowing that one day she would see her dearest friend again, and they would continue their adventure through the cosmos.
Until then, she would keep making wishes on the stars, hoping they would guide her back to Galaxy soon.

“Follow your dreams and reach for the stars — you never know when they might send you a giant pony to ride through the galaxy with!”
